All carts include roof shade, a horn, windshield, and headlights, cup holders, and a rear-view mirror — and are fully street legal.

You can drive our golf carts on all local public roads throughout the Brasilito, Flamingo, and Playa Potrero areas. Just remember that the same traffic laws that apply to cars apply to golf carts. You must follow all road signs and speed limits. See our full service area map for exact coverage.
To provide peace of mind during your rental, we offer two vehicle protection tiers.
Standard Rental Terms (Basic Liability): Local third-party liability coverage is included at no extra cost. However, the renter is fully responsible for the actual cost of any physical damage, loss, or theft of the golf cart during the rental period.
Deductible Limitation Package ($10/day): This optional package limits your maximum out-of-pocket financial responsibility for accidental damage or theft of the golf cart to $1,000.
Note on personal policies: Standard personal auto insurance and credit card rental benefits frequently exclude golf carts and low-speed vehicles, particularly outside your home country. We highly recommend verifying your specific coverage rules before arriving if you plan to decline local coverage.
No upfront hold is placed on your card. To ensure the safe care and return of our vehicles, we secure a Credit Card Authorization upon delivery to keep your card securely on file.
If you choose our Standard Damage Coverage ($10/day): Your authorized damage liability limit is capped at $500.
If you decline our Damage Coverage: You authorize a maximum damage liability limit of $1,000 on your card.
Your card is only charged in the event of documented physical damage, missing keys, late returns, or traffic/administrative fines upon the return of the golf cart. If the cart is returned safely and on time, your card details are permanently and securely destroyed.
